Wallaceburg and area's scenic waterways offer boaters unlimited opportunity in recreation and sport. Enjoy a picturesque 10-mile cruise along the Sydenham River and take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Flanked by rich farmlands and attractive parks, the river's natural habitat is breathtaking to behold.

The Municipal Docks, are located right along the downtown core, offers dockage facilities for 200 boats. Access to dining and shopping is just a step away.

The surrounding area presents a world of possibilities for the sporting enthusiast where hunting, fishing, swimming, sailing and waterskiing abound in Lake St.Clair waters.

Docking & Marina Information

A leisurely one and a half hour trip from the St. Clair River down the Chenal Ecarte: Walpole Bridge opens on the hour daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm. Time your journey to arrive 10 minutes to the hour. Enter the Sydenham River at the forks, continuing to the Wallaceburg Docks. Base Line Bridge, Lord Selkirk and Walking Bridge open from 8:00am- 10:00pm daily on demand. Bridges are closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 4:00pm due to heavy traffic. The bridge tender monitors channel 68VHF radio(marine radio).

Upon arrival a dock attendant will greet you and assist you in docking. The docks are open from mid May to the Canadian Thanksgiving. For more information call (519)360-1998.
